
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Account Executive to drive new business development and expand our client base. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and closing new recruiting and HR consulting engagements.
The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, conducting outreach, securing meetings, and converting opportunities into signed agreements. This role offers unlimited earning potential and significant autonomy.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, staffing, recruiting, or professional services.
Strong network within construction, engineering, or related industries is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to close.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to maximize earnings.
Comfortable working in a commission-only environment.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other sales tools is preferred.
