We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator with 3+ years of experience in commercial construction within a General Contractor environment. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, supporting preconstruction efforts, and collaborating closely with project teams to ensure competitive and well-informed bids.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an Estimator with a commercial General Contractor
Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and systems
Proven experience with quantity takeoffs and bid preparation
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience with estimating and takeoff software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Procore, Excel)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
