About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with all federal regulations, contract requirements, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has experience managing projects for agencies such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, General Services Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, or National Institutes of Health, and is well-versed in government contracting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.

  • Demonstrated experience managing federal construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of FAR, subcontracts, and federal compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera P6, and Microsoft Excel.

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance if required.
