About the Role

This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a performance-driven environment. The Recruiter will work on a 100% commission basis, sourcing and placing candidates for a variety of roles. This is a part-time, fully remote position with flexible hours, best suited for someone who already has their own recruiting tools, resources, and established network.

Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through personal networks, online platforms, referrals, and independent recruiting tools.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offer negotiations.
- Partner with hiring managers or the agency lead to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Provide regular status updates on candidate pipelines and search progress.
- Maintain professionalism, strong communication, and a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Leverage personal recruiting technology (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS, job boards, etc.) to manage and track activity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or executive search (any industry).

  • Access to and familiarity with your own recruiting resources (ATS/CRM, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools).

  • Established professional network that supports sourcing efforts.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and deliver results without direct supervision.

  • Comfortable operating in a 100% commission compensation structure.


Compensation

  • Earnings are based exclusively on successful placements.

  • Commission structure varies by role and will be outlined during the onboarding process.
